The Mission of the Manpower Division is to improve the use of Resources by Managing Manpower, Productivity and Efficiency Programs to include Table of Distribution and Allowances requirements analysis, all aspects of Civilian Manpower Programs (from determination through programming and budgeting to execution), business Initiatives, Productivity Enhancement programs, Management Controls, Management Consulting and Advisory Support Services.

Additionally the division executes the operational manpower and management functions of staff activities.
We have the capability to provide support staff ranging from Office Administration, Secretaries, Clerks, Heavy & Light Drivers, Helpers, labors, Cleaners, Data Entry Operators to highly specialized categories such as Computer hardware technicians, Engineers in various Disciplines.
